The Sound Flow Method is a unique, immersive experience that harmonises breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and a live sound-bath to create profound healing and balance. This carefully designed method allows you to step out of your busy mind, reconnect with your body, and surrender to the power of sound and energy.​

What is a sound-bath?

A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in sound waves produced by various instruments to promote relaxation, healing, and balance. It is not a "bath" in the literal sense but a metaphorical one, as the sound waves "wash over" the body and mind. Here's how it typically works

  • Participants usually lie down on mats or cushions in a comfortable position.

  • The setting is calm, with dim lighting or candles, and sometimes essential oils are used to create a soothing atmosphere.

  • A trained sound therapist or practitioner creates an intentional flow of sound vibrations.

  • The tones and frequencies are often carefully chosen to resonate with specific energy centers (chakras), brainwave states, or emotional needs.
